Baker Duncan Debate Scholarship Application - Fall 2026

Prospective first-year students planning to join the Debate program at Trinity are welcome to apply. This annual award can range up to $10,000.

The student must also submit a resume and letter of recommendation from a high school coach, in addition to submitting this form, to be eligible for a Debate scholarship. Detailed instructions to follow upon completion of this application.

I understand that consideration for a Debate Scholarship is contingent on my acceptance to Trinity University as a full-time student. I understand that Baker Duncan awards are renewable for up to eight semesters, excluding summer, as long as the recipient becomes and remains a part of and remains in the Debate program and maintains full-time enrollment and good academic standing as indicated by a minimum 2.0 GPA. Recipients of Baker Duncan awards will be notified of their award in their financial aid packet, which is mailed in early April.
